We have one area of around 700m2 built + garden, 10 minutes walking from the sea, and because it’s above sea level has great views on all the beaches and surf spots. Our company is set up for 9 years, I have all the permits to work with surf and yoga and my Hostel has all the permits to receive tourists. It also has on the roof top terrace a new yoga shala, all built in wood and glass and fully equipped for yoga retreats, teacher trainings and yoga classes.
The hostel has 14 rooms + 3 terraces, + 11 bathrooms + kitchen + lounge + yoga shala + reception + garden, all done, equipped and built with the best Moroccan materials, with the famous tadlakt on the inside and beautiful stone on the outside which makes the walls super thick preventing the heating to enter. Inaugurated in September 2012, it is completely new.
Apart from the hostel has also a house which is underneath and has 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + living room + dining room + terrace + kitchen.
We are selling it together with our company Marocsurfcamp. Our brand, is already known by a lot of people and agents around the world.
Anyway, it’s a business to run already fully assembled and on the rise, it’s our whole work of the past 10 years. But our eldest child in 2 years will start the high school and there’s no good schools for that in Agadir, we will have to move to Europe, but we can do it only if we sell our business to be able to put something else in Portugal to keep working.
